Keep running - both for yourself and any other reason you can think of. You have come so far in just a couple short years... Charity runs definitely have their place, but you have many reasons/goals for running and they will all result in improved health for you, Maggie and Olivia. Your experience made me think of my own. I did a half marathon in 2007 and 2008. It's an amazing experience, where you know you're pushing yourself to the limit. I didn't train well for 2007, and did a fair amount of walking. In 2008, I did a bit better, and ran the whole race, which was my primary goal. You've come a along way, and you're looking great! I hope you're feeling great as well. I'm cheering for you as you make your way to 26.2! I'm going to be doing some training as well, leading up at a 10K in San Francisco this August!
