I practice it through focusing on the positive aspects of people, providing effective coaching and nurturing to others in everything they do each day.

The balance of life, work, home and education. This holistic approach means that I care for, develop and encourage the entire person in all they do. I feel strongly that balance is important to maintaining energy, motivation and effectiveness. I live this value by creating my own balance, making sure others know what I expect and adhering to the plan.
