About Mike Berta

Earning my Bachelors in Organizational Psychology from Canisius College and Masters in Adult Education from the University of Phoenix, I am currently working on my Ed.D to assist organizations with their next generation of learning and performance needs. Specifically, I am researching the learning impact of using podcasts during corporate training.
My professional memberships include American Society for Training and Development, Grand Pioneer Toastmasters, and US Distance Learning Association.
In the community you will find my service work revolving around Scouting. Scouting gave me so much, now I am returning that to young men and women throughout Western New York.
My family and I live in Buffalo, NY and enjoy our ability to love and work in the region. Buffalo-Niagara is a terrific place where we enjoy the four seasons, great people, and the personality of a people only Buffalo can provide.
When I am not working or studying, I enjoy playing with my family and friends, reading, catching a good movie, and gardening in one of my three gardens (herb, vegetable, and flower).
